Quality of Work
We have implemented a Quality Control System into our construction process that is based on the Quality Control System used by US Naval Aviation. There are currently over 700 inspection items conducted by our staff on each or our properties during a complete construction process. An onsite Project Manager ensures each of these items are completed to meet our standards. We also bring in outside engineers and home inspectors to inspect the property during and at the completion of construction to catch anything we may have missed.
