Construction Superintendent
We are looking for a high performer to provide onsite supervision of our fast-paced and dynamic construction projects. Our projects consist of new construction and conversions of boutique condominiums (2 to 30 units) in Washington DC. We pride ourselves in constructing uniquely designed properties of superior quality. An onsite superintendent manages all aspects of the job site to include construction schedule and budget, subcontractor and material management and quality control. An onsite superintendent will also be required to assess a construction project and provide solutions when necessary. Applicants must have at least 2 years construction experience, ability to read construction plans and experience in communicating with subcontractors and suppliers. Applicants must have great computer skills and willingness to learn company onsite management software.
