This includes a system of quality controls that currently include over 500 detailed quality inspection items that our staff must conduct on each property. Each project manager is held accountable for their thoroughness and each tradesman is required to meet our standards. We also bring in outside engineers and home inspectors to inspect the property during and at the completion of construction to catch anything we may have missed.

Innovative Designs
Whether new construction or renovation of an existing building, our in-house architect team designs each home to maximize the use of the land and/or the existing structure.  They make every effort to add features that are not common to city living.  Whenever possible we incorporate walk-in closets, outdoor living area/gardens,
storage space, privacy, spacious and open floor plans.
